James Wyatt is the Dungeons & Dragons Design Manager at Wizards of the Coast. He is an award-winning game designer and one of the designers of the Eberron® Campaign Setting. His first Eberron novel, In the Claws of the Tiger, was published in 2006. He also wrote City of the Spider Queen™ and Oriental Adventures™, and co-authored many other game products, including Magic of Incarnum™, Sharn: City of Towers™, Draconomicon™: The Book of Dragons, and Book of Exalted Deeds™.
James grew up in Ithaca, New York, and graduated from Oberlin College and Union Theological Seminary. After a gradual migration across the United States, with stops in Ohio, Wisconsin, and California, he now lives in Washington State with his wife and daughter.
